Sunday Pizza

Start by preparing the pizza dough. Mix 500 g of flour with 300 ml of warm water, 10 g of salt, 7 g of dry yeast, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Knead the dough well for about 10 minutes until it becomes elastic and smooth. Let it rise in a warm place for an hour, covered with a damp towel.
Meanwhile, prepare the toppings. Cut 200 g of chicken breast into small cubes and marinate them with salt, pepper, and some herbs, such as oregano or basil. Heat a pan with a little olive oil and cook the chicken until it is golden and cooked through, then let it cool.
For the vegetables, slice 1 bell pepper, 1 sweet pepper, and 1 capia pepper into thin strips, and chop 200 g of cleaned mushrooms. You can choose champignon mushrooms or any other types you like. Also, prepare 100 g of green or black olives, cut in half.
Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface, forming a round shape with your desired thickness. Transfer it to a pizza tray or parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Now, it's time to assemble the pizza. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the dough, then add 150 g of grated mozzarella and 100 g of grated cheese generously. Sprinkle grated telemea to add an intense flavor. Then, evenly distribute the chicken cubes, pepper strips, and chopped mushrooms. Add the olives and, if desired, you can sprinkle some additional spices, such as oregano or sweet paprika.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese starts to bubble and form a delicious crust.
