Mushroom Pancakes
To prepare a delicious recipe for pancakes filled with mushrooms and sour cream, it is essential to prepare well. After we finish cooking the filling, we take the pan off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Once it has cooled, we add a cup of sour cream, mixing well to achieve a homogeneous composition. After we have prepared the pancakes, we take each pancake and fill it with the mushroom and sour cream mixture. We carefully place them in a baking dish that we have previously greased with butter to prevent sticking. After we have filled all the pancakes, we generously sprinkle grated cheese on top. This will form a golden and delicious crust during baking.
We preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the dish with pancakes inside. We leave them in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese has melted and has taken on a beautiful color. When they are ready, we take the dish out of the oven and let the pancakes rest for a few minutes. We serve them warm, alongside a fresh salad or on their own, enjoying the rich flavors and creamy texture of the filling.
