To prepare a delicious and unique pizza, start by making the bread dough. You can opt for a bread machine or knead by hand; the choice is yours. Begin by combining the ingredients: flour, warm water, yeast, salt, and a little sugar. Knead the dough well until it becomes elastic and smooth. Once you have the desired dough, let it rise in a warm place, covered with a clean towel, for about an hour or until it doubles in volume.

After the dough has risen, transfer it to a floured work surface. Roll it out into a round or rectangular shape, depending on the pan you are using. Make sure the dough is larger than the pan so you can fold the edges. Place mozzarella sticks along the edges of the rolled-out dough, making sure to leave no gaps. Then, beat an egg and brush the entire surface of the dough with it; the egg will help seal the dough, ensuring a good seal for the cheese.

Once you have prepared the dough, move on to the sauce. I opted for a cheese sauce that is easy to make: mix unwhipped cream with melted mozzarella over heat, add crushed garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. The sauce should be thick, so make sure the mozzarella is well melted. Once the sauce is ready, spread it evenly over the prepared dough, ensuring it reaches all corners.

On top of the sauce, place slices of ham, followed by diced peppers, sliced mushrooms, onion rings, and for an extra flavor boost, olives and pineapple. These ingredients will add a mix of flavors that will make your pizza truly special. Finally, cover everything with grated mozzarella to achieve a perfectly golden and delicious crust.

Preheat the oven to slightly above medium temperature and put the pizza in to bake. Let it bake until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and starting to brown. Once the pizza is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. I assure you that in 10 minutes, nothing will be left of a huge pizza; everyone will be delighted by its delicious taste and the combination of flavors!

500 g bread dough, 250 g grated mozzarella, garlic cheese sauce, a lot of parmesan, 250 g fresh mushrooms, sliced, 1/2 red onion, olives (as many as you want), pressed ham (Tiganesti ham, Canadian ham), pineapple 2-3 slices diced, mozzarella cheese sticks (the number depends on the size of the pizza), 1 egg for brushing the edges, bell pepper (optional)
