You will need 200 g of flour, 100 g of sugar, 2 ripe bananas, 100 ml of mineral water, 50 ml of vegetable oil, 1 packet of baking powder, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa. It is important that all ingredients are at room temperature to achieve a fluffier base.
The first step is to prepare your base. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until they become a fine puree. Add the sugar and oil, mixing well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then, add the mineral water and continue to mix, gradually incorporating the flour mixed with the baking powder. It is essential that the mixture is homogeneous and free of lumps to achieve a fine texture.
Once you have obtained a uniform dough, divide it into two equal parts. In one of them, add the cocoa and mix well so that it perfectly combines with the dough. Now, prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper and start pouring alternately a spoonful from each of the two mixtures, creating a marbled effect. This will give the cake a spectacular appearance when sliced.
Put the tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 30-35 minutes, or until the cake passes the toothpick test. When ready, let it cool in the tray for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a rack to cool completely.

About half of the resulting mixture is poured into a greased and floured pan. Cocoa is mixed into the remaining half. Then the rest is poured into the pan.
