To prepare a delicious baked zucchini recipe, start by washing the zucchinis well under a stream of cold water, making sure to remove any impurities. After cleaning them, grate them using a large-hole grater to obtain fine strips, or you can use a food processor that will cut the zucchinis into thin, even sticks.
