To prepare a delicious dish of stuffed fish fillets, we start by preparing the basic ingredients. Begin by salting and peppering the fish fillets to taste, and set them aside to absorb the flavors. In a separate step, prepare the vegetables: grate the carrot and celery on a large grater, ensuring you achieve a consistent yet slightly moist texture.
