In a heat-resistant dish, I added two tablespoons of lard, which will provide a rich flavor and delicious taste. I sliced some bell peppers, which I carefully placed at the bottom of the dish, bringing a touch of sweetness and color to the preparation. I decided to roast them in the oven alongside the ribs, seasoning them with garlic and rosemary to perfectly complement the dish. After the meat turned a golden color, I took the tray out of the oven and proudly served the browned ribs alongside the roasted potatoes, everything being a feast for the senses. The combined flavors created a perfect meal, ideal for an unforgettable dinner.
