To prepare a delicious baked meat recipe, we start by choosing the right slices of meat, which can be chicken breast, pork, or beef, depending on personal preferences. It is important that the slices are lightly beaten, without making them too thin, to preserve juiciness and flavor. After beating them, we generously season them with barbecue spices, salt, and pepper, ensuring they are evenly coated with the desired flavors. Then, we pass each slice through flour, which will help form a delicious crust during frying.

We heat a pan with enough oil (4-5 tablespoons should be sufficient) and fry the meat slices on both sides until they become golden and crispy. This step is essential, as it will give the dish a pleasant texture and intense flavor. Once the meat is fried, we transfer it to a baking dish, preparing to add the remaining ingredients that will turn this dish into a true delicacy.

In the same pan, we add crushed or finely chopped garlic and sauté it for a few minutes over medium heat, being careful not to burn it, as burnt garlic can give the dish a bitter taste. Once the garlic turns golden and fragrant, we pour it over the meat slices, along with the oil from the pan, to add extra flavor. Next, we add 150 ml of water, which will help maintain the juiciness of the meat during baking.

Each piece of meat will be covered with a generous teaspoon of mustard, which we spread carefully to ensure it integrates perfectly into the dish. In a separate bowl, we mix sour cream with a teaspoon of Delikat, obtaining a creamy and savory composition, which we pour evenly over the meat. On top, we add grated cheese, which will melt and form a delicious crust.

To finish the dish, we cover the dish with aluminum foil to create a moist environment during baking and place it in the oven for about 15 minutes. This time will allow the meat to cook evenly and absorb the flavors of garlic and mustard. After 15 minutes, we remove the aluminum foil and let the dish brown at a temperature of 180°C until the cheese becomes golden and crispy. Finally, we serve the dish warm, alongside preferred side dishes such as mashed potatoes or a fresh salad, to complete the meal. Enjoy your meal!
