In a large bowl, we will start by adding the 6 fresh egg yolks, along with 5-6 tablespoons of powdered sugar. Using a whisk or a mixer, we will mix these ingredients patiently until the mixture becomes a dense and creamy foam with a yellowish hue. This stage is crucial as the incorporated air will contribute to the final texture of the liqueur.

Meanwhile, in another pot, we will heat 500 ml of liquid cream over moderate heat, adding the remaining powdered sugar. It is essential to stir constantly to avoid sticking or forming lumps. We will let the cream come close to boiling, until we see the first small bubbles forming on the surface. Once it reaches this point, we remove the pot from the heat and let it cool slightly.

Now, carefully, we will start adding the warm cream to the egg yolk mixture, a little at a time, to avoid cooking the eggs. It is essential to stir vigorously while pouring in the cream, so that we achieve a homogeneous and creamy composition. After we have incorporated all the cream, we will add the vanilla essences, which will provide an inviting fragrance and an unmistakable flavor.

It is time to add 500 ml of vodka, the ingredient that will transform this mixture into a delicious liqueur. We will pour in the vodka gradually, continuing to stir constantly. This stage will intensify the flavors and give our liqueur a special character.

After we finish adding the vodka, we will prepare the bottles in which we will store our creation. It is recommended to use glass bottles with airtight caps to keep the aroma intact. We will carefully pour the obtained liqueur into the bottles, being careful not to leave air bubbles inside.

Once the bottles are filled, we will seal them well and place them in a cool, dark place, where they will stay refrigerated for 2 weeks. This resting period is essential as it will allow the flavors to meld and develop, giving the liqueur a rich and complex taste. After the 14 days of waiting, our liqueur will be ready to be enjoyed, either as an aperitif or as a digestif, bringing a touch of elegance to any moment of the day.
