You will need a medium onion, a fresh zucchini, a cup of rice (preferably Arborio rice for extra creaminess), 200 ml of pale beer, approximately one liter of vegetable broth or water, olive oil, salt, pepper, and 150 g of Brie cheese, cut into cubes. The first step is to handle the vegetables. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until it becomes translucent and releases its aroma. Then, add the zucchini, cut into small cubes, and continue to sauté the mixture, stirring frequently for even cooking. The zucchini will add a pleasant texture and a sweet taste.
