In an oiled container, we put the obtained dough. We cover it with a clean towel or plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place, away from drafts, for about an hour or until it doubles in volume. This process is essential, as the yeast will activate fermentation, giving the dough a fluffy and airy texture.

3. Once the dough has risen, we take it out of the bowl and place it on a floured work surface. Using our palms, we gently push it to remove excess air. Then, we divide it into equal portions, depending on the desired size of the final product. Each portion is shaped into a ball, ensuring that the edges are smooth and well sealed.

4. We prepare a baking tray, which we line with parchment paper. We place the dough balls on the tray, making sure to leave enough space between them, as they will grow in volume during baking. We cover again with a damp towel and let the dough rise for another 30 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, we preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. It is important for the oven temperature to be appropriate to achieve a crispy crust and a fluffy crumb. Once the dough has risen again, we can glaze it with a mixture of beaten egg or milk to give it a beautiful golden color.

6. We bake the dough in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it turns golden and sounds hollow when tapped. Finally, we take the tray out of the oven and let the product cool on a wire rack.

7. Once cooled, we can enjoy the final result: warm, flavorful, and fluffy bread, perfect to be served with butter, cheese, or various dishes. This simple and delicious recipe can be customized by adding herbs, seeds, or spices to the dough to give it an extra flavor. Experiment and enjoy every step of the cooking process!
