Necessary ingredients:

- 7 eggs
- 7 tablespoons of sugar

- 4 eggs
- 400 g sugar
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 100 g cocoa
- 500 g Rama margarine
- 2 bottles of rum essence

For the syrup:
- 300 g sugar
- 500 ml water
- 1 bottle of rum essence
- Strips of lemon peel

For the glaze:
- 2 bars of dark chocolate
- 1 bar of white chocolate
- 150 ml cream
- 50 g butter

Step by step:

1. Preparing the base:
Start by separating the egg whites from the yolks. Use a mixer to beat the egg whites until foamy, gradually adding the 6 tablespoons of sugar. Continue mixing until you achieve a firm meringue. In another bowl, beat the yolks with the remaining sugar, then add the grated lemon zest. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture, being careful not to deflate them. Finally, add the sifted flour and cocoa, mixing with a spatula using slow up-and-down movements.

2. Baking the base:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. After baking, let the base cool in the tray for 10 minutes, then remove it to a rack to cool completely.

3. Preparing the cream:
