To prepare this delicious pie with layers and yogurt filling, we will start by ensuring that we have all the necessary ingredients at hand. It is important to use fresh ingredients, as their quality will influence the final taste of the dish. We begin by cracking the eggs into a large bowl and mixing them well with a mixer until we obtain a homogeneous and fluffy mixture. We then add the 400 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar, creamy yogurt, and semolina. It is essential that these ingredients are well integrated so that the sugar dissolves completely, and the mixture becomes uniform.

While mixing, we preheat the oven to a medium temperature to ensure it is ready to receive the pie. The pastry sheets will be divided into two equal parts, and to prevent them from sticking, we start by placing a sheet of baking paper in the prepared tray. We place the first pastry sheet and brush it evenly with oil, then sprinkle a small amount of sugar to give it a sweet taste and a crispy texture. We continue to add three more sheets, ensuring that every third sheet is brushed with oil and sprinkled with sugar, repeating this process until we finish the first half of the sheets.

We continue to repeat the brushing and sprinkling with sugar for the second half of the sheets, being careful not to press too hard so as not to ruin the delicate texture of the sheets.
