To prepare these delicious muffins, we start by mixing the eggs with the sugar, adding a pinch of salt that will enhance the flavors. We also add the vanilla sugar, which will provide an unmistakable aroma to the mixture. The melted and cooled butter will be gradually added to the mixture, and with the help of a whisk or mixer, we will achieve a smooth and fluffy cream. This base will be the key to the success of our muffins.

Once we have obtained the perfect cream, we will add the yogurt, the ingredient that will provide moisture and a special texture. It is important to add the yogurt gradually, mixing constantly to ensure it is well incorporated into the composition. After completing this step, it is time to add the sifted flour and baking powder, gently mixing with a spatula to avoid developing gluten, which could lead to a dense texture of the muffins.

In the muffin tray, we prepare the molds: we either use silicone molds or place baking paper at the bottom of the molds. It is essential to grease the molds with a little oil to prevent the muffins from sticking. This is where the creative part comes in: we take a spoonful of the mixture and add it to each mold. In the middle of it, we add chocolate chips, nuts, or any other preferred ingredient. Then, we place another spoonful of the mixture on top.

It is important to fill the molds only halfway so that the muffins have enough space to rise beautifully during baking. We preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the tray in the oven for about 30 minutes. We recommend checking with a toothpick if the muffins are baked; if the toothpick comes out clean, then they are ready.

After baking, we let the muffins cool slightly in the tray, and then transfer them to a rack to cool completely. These muffins are perfect to be served warm, alongside a cup of tea or coffee. Their soft and aromatic taste will delight both the little ones and the adults. Enjoy every bite!

100 g butter, 3 eggs, 150 g sugar, 200 g yogurt, 300 g flour, 1 packet of baking powder, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, salt, oil. For the filling: (you can choose what you like) I chose: chocolate chips, orange peel, dried orange, nuts.
