To prepare a delicious and surprising dessert, we start by preparing the noodles. The first step is to grease a roll pan with melted butter, which will add a rich flavor and pleasant texture. If you don't have butter on hand, don't worry, oil will work just as well. Place the noodles in the pan, making sure they are evenly distributed for uniform baking.

After placing the noodles, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Once the oven is hot, place the pan with the noodles inside and let it brown for about 15-20 minutes, or until it becomes golden and crispy. It is important to check from time to time, as each oven has its peculiarities.

Meanwhile, prepare the syrup that will add a touch of sweetness and flavor to the dessert. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar in a 1:1 ratio, then add a few cardamom seeds. Let the mixture boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar completely dissolves. After a few minutes, you will notice how the syrup begins to thicken slightly. Once you have achieved the desired consistency, remove the cardamom seeds and let the syrup cool slightly.

Once the noodles are browned, remove the pan from the oven and pour the hot syrup over it, making sure each strand of noodle is well soaked. This will add moisture and flavor, transforming the dessert into a true delicacy.

In parallel, whip the cream until it becomes firm and fluffy. Once you have the whipped cream ready, add it over half of the noodle soaked in syrup, smoothing it out with a spatula. Then, cover with the other half of the browned noodles, creating a delicious layer.

To finish the dish, cut the dessert into squares or rectangles, depending on your preferences. This recipe is not only simple but also offers a wonderful contrast between the crispy texture of the noodles and the creaminess of the whipped cream, and the aroma of cardamom will transform this delicacy into a true feast for the senses. Serve the dessert either warm or at room temperature, and enjoy every bite!

Ingredients: 200 g of thin noodles 1 cup of sugar (125 grams) 250 ml of water 2 pieces of cardamom a little oil for greasing the tray (originally it was supposed to be butter, but I forgot and it was hard to apply afterwards) 250 ml of liquid cream
