To prepare a delicious and savory dessert, we start by melting 100 g of margarine in a saucepan, being careful not to let it boil. Once the margarine has completely melted, we add 100 g of good quality chocolate, preferably with a high cocoa content, to achieve an intense flavor. We mix the composition well and heat it in a bain-marie, ensuring that the water in the pot below does not come into direct contact with the margarine and chocolate mixture. We continue to stir until the mixture becomes completely homogeneous and smooth. After achieving a uniform texture, we let the mixture cool, but not completely, so we can add the next ingredients.

In a separate bowl, we crack a few eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. We beat the yolks with 4 tablespoons of sugar until they become a light and fluffy cream. At this point, we add the cooled chocolate and margarine mixture, gently mixing to combine the ingredients. We then add the raisins, which can be previously soaked in rum, and the rum for extra flavor. We continue with the ground nuts, baking powder, roasted and ground hazelnuts, diced Turkish delight, and finely chopped dates. All these ingredients will bring texture and flavor to our dish.

An important aspect is to beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until we obtain a firm, glossy foam. This foam will provide aeration to our dessert. After we finish beating the egg whites, we will gently fold them into the chocolate mixture using a spatula and mixing from the bottom up to avoid losing the aeration. Then, we gradually add the flour, gently mixing until it is completely incorporated.

We prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it, leveling the surface. We bake at medium heat for about 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. After baking, we let it cool slightly, then decorate with a thin layer of melted chocolate, which will provide an attractive appearance and additional flavor. This dessert is perfect for serving on special occasions, but also on ordinary days when we want to indulge in something sweet and substantial.
