To prepare a healthy and tasty breakfast, start by bringing the raisins to a soft texture by soaking them in hot water for about 10-15 minutes. This step is not mandatory, but it will make them less sticky and add a delicious hint of sweetness to the final mix. While the raisins are soaking, peel your favorite fresh fruits, such as apples, pears, kiwis, or bananas, and cut them into cubes or slices, depending on your preferences. These will bring a special freshness to the dish.

In a large bowl, mix the yogurt with honey, ensuring you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Yogurt not only adds a refined taste but also provides a rich source of proteins and probiotics, beneficial for gut health. Add the oats, which not only enrich the dish with fiber but also contribute to the feeling of fullness. Depending on your preferences, you can use traditional oats or instant oats.

After you have well mixed the yogurt with honey and oats, add the almonds or hazelnuts, which will add a crunch and healthy fats. These nuts are an excellent choice to enrich the dish with essential nutrients. Remove the raisins from the water, drain them well, and add them to the bowl along with the diced apricots and the previously prepared fresh fruits. Use a spatula or a spoon to gently mix the ingredients, being careful not to crush the fruits too much.

Serve the mixture immediately to enjoy the freshness of the ingredients. You can decorate the dish with a few additional slices of fresh fruit or a sprinkle of chopped nuts, which will add an attractive look and a burst of textures. This breakfast is not only delicious but also extremely nutritious, making it ideal to start the day with energy and good mood. The flavors blend perfectly, and each bite will provide a pleasant and comforting experience.
