After 15 minutes of baking, we carefully take the tray out of the oven. Over the beautifully cooked vegetables, we pour the cheese sauce, ensuring it distributes evenly. We return the tray to the oven for another 20 minutes, the necessary time for the cheese to melt and turn golden.
