Ribs with Garlic and Rosemary

In a heat-resistant dish, I added two tablespoons of lard, which will provide a rich flavor and delicious taste. I sliced some bell peppers, which I carefully placed at the bottom of the dish, bringing a touch of sweetness and color to the preparation. Then, I portioned the ribs, ensuring that each piece is uniform so that they cook evenly. I seasoned the meat with salt, which will help enhance the flavors, and covered the dish with aluminum foil to retain moisture. I placed the dish in the preheated oven and let the ribs cook for about thirty minutes. After this interval, I took the tray out of the oven, carefully removed the foil to avoid the hot steam, and discarded the accumulated liquid, which was no longer needed. In the meantime, I peeled a few cloves of garlic, which I crushed with a mortar to release the strong aroma. I also washed and finely chopped a few sprigs of rosemary, an essential ingredient that will bring an unmistakable fragrance to the dish. I added the crushed garlic and sprinkled the fresh rosemary over the pieces of meat, gently mixing to coat them evenly. After preparing the meat, I brushed the pieces with a delicious BBQ sauce, which will add a touch of sweetness and a smoky flavor. Then, I poured white wine over it, which will help caramelize the meat and provide a sophisticated aroma. I placed the tray back in the oven, this time without foil, to allow the ribs to brown nicely. During baking, I turned the pieces of meat occasionally, ensuring they brown evenly and develop a delicious crust. Meanwhile, I prepared the potatoes, which I peeled and cut into suitable pieces. I decided to roast them in the oven alongside the ribs, seasoning them with garlic and rosemary to perfectly complement the dish. After the meat turned a golden color, I took the tray out of the oven and proudly served the browned ribs alongside the roasted potatoes, everything being a feast for the senses. The combined flavors created a perfect meal, ideal for an unforgettable dinner.
