Ingredients:

For the meatballs:
- 1 kg chicken breast
- 1 small onion
- 1 egg
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- A handful of greens (parsley, dill)
- Spices: 1 teaspoon curry, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, chicken spices
- A little fresh mint, chopped
- 1 slice of bread, soaked in milk and squeezed
- Salt and pepper, to taste

For the sauce:
- 2-3 green onions
- 1 red onion
- 1 white onion
- 400 g tomatoes in sauce (canned or fresh)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Fresh basil, to taste
- Vegeta or other spices, to preference

For the spaghetti:
- 300 g spaghetti
- Water
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation method:

1. Preparing the meatballs: Start by finely chopping the chicken breast, either in a food processor or manually if you prefer a more rustic texture. Add the chopped onion, grated carrot, crushed garlic, greens, egg, soaked and squeezed bread slice, and spices to a large bowl. Mix the ingredients well until you have a homogeneous mixture.

2. Forming the meatballs: From the mixture obtained, form medium-sized meatballs (about 4-5 cm in diameter) and place them on a plate. They will be slightly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

3. Cooking the meatballs: In a deep pan, heat a little olive oil and add the meatballs. Fry them on all sides until golden, about 5-7 minutes. Then, transfer them to a plate.

4. Preparing the sauce: In the same pan, add the finely chopped red onion and white onion. Sauté until translucent, then add the tomatoes in sauce, thyme, and basil. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes for the flavors to meld. Finally, add the meatballs to the sauce and let them simmer together for 10 minutes.

5. Boiling the spaghetti: In a large pot, bring water to a boil, adding salt and a tablespoon of olive oil. When the water is boiling, add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. After boiling, drain and quickly rinse under cold running water to stop the cooking.
