Place the dough package into the boiling water and let it cook for 45 minutes, carefully turning it halfway through to cook evenly.

After it has boiled, remove the dumplings from the water and unwrap the cloth. Let them cool covered with another dry cloth. Once the pork stew is ready, serve it alongside the Tyrolean dumplings, and the surprise will meet your expectations. The flavors blend perfectly, and the tender texture of the meat complements the fluffy dumplings beautifully. For the dumplings: -375 g of good quality flour; -1 teaspoon of baking soda; -1/2 teaspoon of sugar; -3 eggs, beaten like for an omelet; -200-250 ml of milk; -150 g of unroasted bread cubes; -salt.
