We slice the green tops into thin rounds, and the white part into medium-sized pieces, so it adds texture and flavor to the dish. The carrot, a vegetable full of vitamins, needs to be peeled and sliced into rounds, while the garlic, known for its unmistakable aroma, is peeled and sliced thinly.
