To prepare a delicious recipe for an omelette with bell peppers and cold cuts, we will start by gathering the necessary ingredients. You will need some meaty bell peppers, a piece of smoked ham, a sausage, a few fresh eggs, olive oil, spices such as salt, pepper, and sweet paprika, as well as freshly chopped parsley. Also, don’t forget a piece of cheese that we will use to give our dish a special flavor.

The first step is to cut the bell peppers into thin strips so that they cook evenly. In a large frying pan, add a few tablespoons of olive oil and, over medium heat, add the bell peppers to sauté. Cover the pan with a lid and let them soften for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. When the peppers have started to become soft and juicy, add the ham and sausage cut into small cubes. Continue to stir until the cold cuts release their aroma and become slightly browned.

Now it’s time to add the spices. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and a little sweet paprika for an extra flavor boost. Mix the ingredients well to allow the flavors to combine. In a separate bowl, beat the whole eggs with a fork or a whisk, adding a pinch of salt and some freshly chopped parsley.
