When the onion becomes translucent and the mushrooms release their aroma, we add finely chopped parsley, mustard, salt, and pepper, mixing well to integrate all the ingredients.

In parallel, we take care of the cabbage leaves. We wash them thoroughly under a stream of cold water and, to make them easier to roll, we thin out the thick parts, such as the stems and veins, with a knife. Then, we blanch them for 2 minutes in boiling water to soften and make them more pliable. After draining them well, we are ready to continue with the preparation of the chicken breast.
