Preparation time: 30 minutes
Baking time: 0 minutes
Total time: 30 minutes + 12 hours cooling
Number of servings: 10

Necessary ingredients:

For the creams:
- 500 milliliters of Hulala whipped cream (whipped stiff)
- 250 milliliters of milk
- 80 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of milk chocolate (finely grated)
- 2 sachets of granulated gelatin
- 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 vanilla essence
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of chocolate and truffle cream from Dr. Oetker

For the white chocolate sauce:
- 100 grams of white cooking chocolate
- 2 teaspoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 50 grams of butter

For decoration:
- Cream made from milk powder (prepared with water, sugar, and milk powder)

Step-by-step preparation:

1. Preparing the gelatin: Start by soaking one sachet of gelatin in cold water for about 10 minutes. This will help achieve a firm and airy texture for the Bavarian.

2. Dissolving the gelatin: Once the gelatin has softened, dissolve it in a bain-marie, stirring constantly until it becomes liquid. It is essential not to boil it, just to warm it gently.

3. Preparing the vanilla cream: In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla essence, and vanilla sugar. Add the cornstarch, then gradually pour in the warm milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Place the mixture over medium heat and stir continuously until it begins to thicken (about 5-7 minutes). Let the cream cool slightly, then incorporate the dissolved gelatin.

4. Dividing the cream: Divide the obtained cream into two bowls. In one, add the grated chocolate and mix well until completely dissolved. Let both creams cool well.

5. Preparing the whipped cream: Whip the Hulala cream until it becomes firm and fluffy. Divide the whipped cream evenly between the two cooled creams, gently folding to maintain airiness.

6. Chocolate truffle cream: Prepare the chocolate and truffle cream from Dr. Oetker according to the instructions on the package. Dissolve another sachet of gelatin and incorporate it into the cooled chocolate cream.

7. Assembling the Bavarian: Prepare a Bavarian mold and line it with cling film. Pour in the chocolate cream and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set. After that, add the vanilla cream and finally the chocolate truffle cream. Cover with film and refrigerate until the next day.

8. Preparing the white chocolate sauce: For the white chocolate sauce, melt the white chocolate with the oil and butter in a bain-marie, adding water gradually until you achieve a fluid consistency.

9. Decorate the Bavarian: The next day, remove the Bavarian from the fridge, remove the film from the top, and invert it onto a platter. Decorate with whipped cream, grated chocolate, and milk powder decorations (flowers, roses, etc.). Pour the white chocolate sauce on top and add the final decorative touches.

Useful tips:
- Ensure that the whipped cream is well whipped to achieve an airy and light texture.
