Start by thawing the puff pastry. It’s important to let it thaw completely so that it’s easy to handle. In the meantime, take a pan and heat the frozen fruits. Gently stir them to thaw evenly. Once they have softened, add sugar, grated lemon zest, lemon juice, and a few milliliters of water. Let the mixture cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid reduces and becomes a thick jam. This process takes about 15-20 minutes, and the jam should have a creamy texture and an intense fruit flavor. Once ready, remove the pan from the heat and let the jam cool to room temperature.

Once the puff pastry has completely thawed, cut it into 10 x 10 cm cubes. These dimensions are perfect for creating individual portions. On a piece of wax paper, the same size as the baking paper, place the puff pastry cubes. In the center of each cube, put a heaping teaspoon of the cooled jam. Then, fold two corners of the puff pastry to form a triangle, resembling a package. To seal the edges, press them with a fork, ensuring that the jam won’t leak during baking.
