To prepare a delicious and refined dessert, we will use simple ingredients, but with a remarkable impact on the final taste. We start by crushing 700 g of biscuits, preferably ones with cocoa or vanilla, to add a hint of flavor. Then, we take 4 medium pears, wash them well, peel them, and cut them into thin slices. These will add a pleasant texture and natural sweetness to our dessert.

In a saucepan, we combine the pear slices with a small glass of aromatic white wine and a tablespoon of honey. We place the saucepan over medium heat and let the mixture boil, stirring occasionally, until the wine evaporates completely, and the pears become soft and juicy. This process will intensify the flavors and bring a touch of elegance to our dessert.

Meanwhile, we take care of the cocoa syrup. In a small saucepan, we put 200 ml of water, 200 g of butter, 5 tablespoons of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of cocoa. We bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly to ensure that the butter melts completely and the sugar dissolves. This combination will create a creamy and rich syrup that will bind all the ingredients together.

After the pears have cooled, we add them to the bowl with the crushed biscuits. Then, we pour the warm cocoa syrup over the biscuit and pear mixture. We use a spatula to mix everything very well, so that each piece of biscuit is covered with this chocolate delight.

Once we have obtained a homogeneous composition, we prepare to form the dessert. We take a plastic wrap and unfold it on a flat surface. We pour the composition onto the wrap and, using our hands, shape it into a log, carefully rolling the wrap around the composition. It is important to tighten the wrap well to maintain the desired shape. After we have formed a well-defined log, we place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, during which it will firm up and become easier to slice.

After the cooling time has passed, we take the dessert out of the refrigerator, unwrap it, and slice it. Each slice will highlight the layers of biscuit and pear, enveloped in a delicious cocoa glaze. Served plain or alongside a scoop of ice cream, this dessert will surely be a delight for both taste and appearance. Enjoy your meal!
