To prepare a delicious and savory appetizer, we start by mixing 300 grams of flour with 200 grams of Rama margarine. This will create the perfect base for our dough. We then add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, which will bring creaminess and a rich flavor. We don't forget to add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, essential for highlighting the flavors. We carefully mix everything, ensuring that all the ingredients blend well until we obtain a smooth and velvety dough.

Once the dough is ready, we wrap it in cling film and let it chill for an hour. This step is crucial, as it will allow the dough to firm up, making it easier to roll out. In the meantime, we can prepare the filling. For example, we can opt for cottage cheese mixed with fresh herbs, or even a mixture of sautéed mushrooms and onions, depending on our preferences.

After the resting time is over, we take the dough out of the fridge and roll it out on a floured surface until it reaches a thickness of about 1/2 cm. It is important to work carefully to avoid tearing the dough. On top of it, we add the filling we prepared earlier, spreading it evenly. Then, we start rolling the dough carefully, forming a tight roll that will keep the filling inside.

Once we have a roll, we cut it into slices about 1 or 2 cm thick, depending on our preferences. We place the slices in a greased baking tray with a little oil or margarine, making sure to leave some space between them to allow for expansion during baking. On top, we generously sprinkle grated cheese, which will melt and form a delicious crust.

We place the tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius and let it bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the slices turn a golden and appetizing color. These appetizers can be served both hot and cold, making them ideal for any occasion. Whether we enjoy them with a cold beer or offer them as part of an appetizer platter, they will surely be appreciated by everyone. Bon appétit!
