To prepare this soup, you will need the following ingredients: 300 g of fresh green salad, 1 small onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 liter of vegetable broth or water, 200 g of natural yogurt, juice from one lemon, salt and pepper to taste, as well as a few fresh mint leaves for decoration. First, you will need to wash the green salad well under cold running water to remove impurities. Then, you can cut it into smaller pieces so that it cooks evenly.

In a pot, add a little olive oil and sauté the finely chopped onion along with the crushed garlic until they become translucent and fragrant. This will take no more than 3-4 minutes. After the onion and garlic are ready, add the chopped green salad and mix everything well, allowing the ingredients to blend together.
