To prepare a delicious mushroom and rice recipe, start by carefully cleaning the mushrooms. They should be washed well under a stream of cold water to remove any impurities. Let everything boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is well cooked and has absorbed all the water. Season the dish to taste.
