To prepare a delicious cheese pasta gratin, we start by boiling the pasta. Choose your favorite pasta, such as penne, fusilli, or macaroni, and cook it in a large pot of boiling water with salt to give it a rich flavor. Boil the pasta for about 8-10 minutes, making sure to check it constantly to achieve al dente, which means slightly firm to the bite. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it well and rinse it under cold running water to stop the cooking process. Let it cool and drain completely.

In a large bowl, prepare the cheese mixture: combine cottage cheese, feta cheese, or any other type of creamy cheese, along with grated cheese, which will add a savory flavor and pleasant taste. Gradually add cream, mixing until you achieve a smooth and slightly fluid paste, perfect for spreading evenly between layers of pasta.
