In a special glass for mixing drinks, known as a Boston Shaker, or if you don't have one, you can use any large glass, add ice halfway. Then, with much enthusiasm, add two glasses of plum brandy, measured precisely or, if you prefer, by eye – as my husband often does, counting to five. Next comes a glass and a half of Irish Cream Liquor, an ingredient that adds a creamy and decadent note to our drink.

We then add a glass of Kahlua, which will add a rich coffee flavor, perfect for complementing the sweetness of the Irish Cream. Depending on preferences, we can opt for milk, liquid cream, or even vanilla ice cream; this last ingredient will make the drink even more delicious and refreshing. The more ice cream we add, the less alcoholic the drink will be, so adjust to taste.

Once all the ingredients are added, we cover the glass well and start shaking. Here comes the fun part: we shake to the rhythm of the dance, but be careful! Here I had a little incident: while we were having fun, the lid of the glass flew off, splattering a bit of the drink. So, I recommend being careful about how hard you shake. The mixture should be homogeneous, and the ice should help cool the ingredients.

In the glass where we will serve the drink, we put fresh ice, which will keep the cocktail cold. Then, carefully, we pour the mixed drink, making sure not to spill the ice used only for mixing. This drink is a true delicacy, and decoration is essential to give it an attractive appearance. We generously add whipped cream on top and, for an extra touch of flavor, sprinkle grated chocolate or chocolate flakes.

Thus, our cocktail is ready to be enjoyed! This combination of flavors will take you on a cloud of pleasure, perfect for an evening with friends or a special occasion. Each sip will bring an explosion of tastes that will delight your senses. Enjoy!

Ingredients: Irish Cream Liquor (preferably Bailey's, but I had another one last night), Kahlua (coffee liqueur), milk (or liquid cream ... depends on how rich you want it to be), whipped cream and chocolate or chocolate syrup for decoration...
