Drinks - Mango, Apricot and Pomegranate Smoothie by Dina A. - Recipia
To prepare a delicious refreshing drink, start by making your favorite tea. Choose an herbal tea or green tea, depending on your preferences. Brew it according to the instructions, then let it cool completely. This step is essential, as hot tea could affect the freshness of the fruity ingredients you will add later.

In the meantime, take a ripe mango, carefully peeling it. Cut it in half, being careful to avoid the pit. The mango should be juicy and fragrant, with a velvety texture. Once you have the two halves, cut the flesh into small cubes to facilitate further blending.

Next, prepare the plums and apricots. Remove the pits from each fruit with a sharp knife, then cut them into smaller pieces. These dried fruits add sweetness and an intense flavor, perfect for combining with the mango. Then, move on to the pomegranate. Cut the pomegranate into four parts and submerge it in a bowl of water. This is an excellent technique for removing the seeds without making a mess. Simply separate the seeds from the white parts by gently stirring in the water.

Once all the ingredients are prepared, gather them in a blender. Add the mango cubes, the pieces of plums and apricots, as well as the pomegranate seeds. Pour in the cooled tea, which will bring a distinct flavor and enrich the juice's texture. Blending should last between 45 and 60 seconds until you achieve a fine and homogeneous mixture. Check the consistency; if you want a thinner juice, add a few ice cubes and blend again.

After the juice is ready, carefully pour it into a clear glass to highlight the beauty of the colors. For an elegant touch, decorate the drink with a few dried fruits placed on the rim of the glass or floating on top. This drink is not only a delight for the taste buds but also a true visual feast, perfect for a warm day or to indulge guests at a party. Enjoy it immediately and savor every sip!
