The next day, after the beans have soaked, bring water to a boil in a large pot, adding a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor. When the water starts to boil, shift your attention to another pot where you bring water to a boil to change the bean water. This method helps eliminate substances that may cause digestive discomfort. After about 30 minutes of boiling, change the water for the second time and let the beans continue to boil until they become soft, which takes approximately 1 hour in total.
