To prepare a delicious cake, the first step is to take care of the batter. In a large bowl, we add the necessary ingredients: flour, sugar, melted butter, eggs, milk, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors. We use a mixer to combine all these ingredients. It is important to start at a low speed to avoid splattering, and then gradually increase the speed until we achieve a thick, smooth, and homogeneous paste. It should have a consistency similar to that of a thicker cream, so that it can be easily spread in the cake pan.

Once the batter is ready, we turn our attention to the cake pan. We choose a springform pan, which will help us easily remove the cake after it has cooled. We grease the inside of the pan with a thin layer of butter, making sure it is evenly distributed to prevent sticking. Then, we carefully dust the bottom and sides of the pan with flour, rotating it to ensure that the flour covers all corners. This step is essential as it will facilitate the cake's release after baking.

After preparing the pan, we pour the batter into it, being careful to distribute it evenly. We use a spatula to smooth the surface, so the cake rises evenly during baking. Now, we can place the pan in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. The baking time usually ranges from 30 to 45 minutes, but it is good to use a toothpick to check if the cake is done. We can insert the toothpick in the center of the cake; if it comes out clean, the cake is perfectly baked.

After the cake has been removed from the oven, we let it cool in its pan for about 10 minutes, then carefully release it from the pan and transfer it to a cooling rack. Here, we let it cool completely before decorating or serving. This cake can be customized with various glazes, fresh fruits, or whipped cream, depending on your preferences. A regular 200 ml glass is used as a measure. Dough: 1 glass of flour, 1/2 glass of powdered sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 glass of milk, 1 packet of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of good cocoa, 1/2 packet of flavored margarine, 1 sachet of vanilla. Cream cheese: 1/2 kg of sweet cow cheese, 1/2 packet of flavored margarine, 2 egg yolks, 1 glass of powdered sugar, 1 vanilla pudding.
