To create a delicious and aromatic dessert, we start by preparing a rich and savory mixture. In a large bowl, we cream together 100 grams of soft butter, which should be at room temperature, with 150 grams of sugar. We use an electric mixer or a wooden spatula to achieve a fluffy and homogeneous cream. It is essential to mix well so that the sugar completely dissolves in the butter. Then, we add the eggs, one at a time, ensuring that each egg is well incorporated before adding the next. This step will give the mixture a fine and airy texture.

After incorporating all the eggs, we add ground nuts, which will add a special flavor and a crunchy note to our preparation. We mix carefully to distribute the nuts evenly in the mixture. This will bring not only a delicious taste but also an enticing aroma.

In a separate saucepan, we caramelize 200 grams of sugar. It should be left on low heat, stirring constantly, until it turns golden and has a liquid consistency. When the sugar has caramelized, we add the remaining 100 grams of butter. We mix quickly, as the combination will start to bubble. This mixture of caramel and butter will give our dish an intense sweetness and a velvety texture.

After the butter has completely melted into the caramel, we take the mixture of butter, eggs, and nuts and carefully pour it over the caramel mixture. We use a spatula to mix well, ensuring that all the ingredients are perfectly integrated. We let the mixture cool slightly, making it easier to handle.

Now we prepare a wafer sheet on which we will pour the mixture. We spread the mixture evenly on the first sheet, leveling the surface well to ensure that the dessert will have a uniform appearance. We place a second wafer sheet on top, which we gently press with our palm so that the sheets stick well together, forming a compact and savory dessert.

We let the dessert cool completely at room temperature, and later we can cut it into portions. This treat will be perfectly served alongside a cup of coffee or tea, bringing a touch of joy in every bite. Enjoy every moment of this refined and flavorful dessert!
