To prepare this delicious dessert, we start by separating the egg yolks from the egg whites. In a large bowl, we combine the yolks with 200 ml of oil, one tablespoon of honey, and three tablespoons of sugar. We mix with a whisk or a mixer on low speed until the mixture becomes homogeneous and slightly frothy. This step is essential to achieve a light and airy texture for the base. After making this mixture, we gradually add 300 g of sifted flour along with 10 g of baking powder. We gently mix with a spatula, being careful not to form lumps and keeping the air in the mixture.

In another bowl, we now take care of the egg whites. They are beaten until frothy with the help of a mixer, gradually adding the remaining three tablespoons of sugar until we obtain a firm and shiny meringue. It is important that the bowl and utensils used are perfectly clean to achieve a good foam. After the egg whites have been beaten, we carefully fold them into the yolk mixture, using up-and-down movements to avoid losing the air in the mixture.

The final mixture is poured into a baking pan, which we have lined with baking paper, and placed in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. The base is baked for about 30 minutes or until it turns golden and passes the toothpick test. After the base has cooled, we cut it into two equal parts, which we will soak with a syrup made from water and sugar to give it extra moisture.

In the middle, we add Sidonia's walnut cream, a creamy and aromatic preparation, followed by a few slices of fresh banana that will bring a pleasant contrast. Finally, we take care of the decoration: we cut an apple and a kiwi into thin slices, which will add color and freshness to the dessert. For an extra touch of flavor and texture, we whip a packet of cream, which we spread evenly over the fruit.

To finish, we pour a packet of red gel fix from Dr. Oetker, which will give a shiny and appetizing appearance to our preparation. Thus, the dessert becomes not only tasty but also visually appealing, ready to be enjoyed by all our loved ones!
