To prepare this delicious tart with flavored coffee cream, the first step is to preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In the meantime, you can gather the necessary ingredients for the dough: flour, butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt. In a large bowl, place the flour and sugar, then add the cold butter cut into cubes. Use your fingers or a mixer to combine the ingredients until you achieve a texture similar to sand. Gradually add cold water, mixing continuously, until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.

Once you have obtained the dough, form a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. This will give it a flaky texture. After the time has passed, remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out with a rolling pin on a floured surface until you achieve a thin sheet. Place the dough sheet into a buttered tart pan, making sure it fits well along the edges. Trim the excess dough from the edges, and if you wish, you can use the scraps to decorate the tart.

Put the pan in the preheated oven and bake the dough for about 15 minutes on low heat, until it becomes lightly golden. In the meantime, you can prepare the delicious coffee cream. In a bowl, beat the eggs together with the sugar and flour until the mixture becomes smooth. In a separate saucepan, mix the milk with the coffee and heat them gently, without bringing them to a boil. Once you have integrated all the ingredients, place the saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until the cream thickens, being careful not to let it stick to the bottom of the pan. Once you have obtained a smooth and consistent cream, carefully pour it over the pre-baked tart dough. Put the tart back in the oven for about 30 minutes at a moderate heat, until the cream becomes firm and develops a slight golden hue on top.

When the baking time is finished, remove the tart from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once it has completely cooled, cut the tart into suitable portions and serve it with a cup of coffee or tea to enhance the flavors. This tart will surely be a delight for everyone who tastes it!
