Chicken Thighs in Cheese Crust, Baked

To prepare a delicious marinade chicken thighs recipe, we start by creating a flavorful marinade that will give the meat a special taste. In a bowl, crush a few cloves of garlic, about 4-5, depending on your preference. Add a tablespoon of salt, a teaspoon of freshly ground pepper, and a tablespoon of paprika or sweet pepper, which will provide an intense color and pleasant flavor. Then, pour in 200 ml of dry white wine, which will help tenderize the meat and add extra flavors. Mix all the ingredients well, ensuring that the salt dissolves completely. If you want to add a touch of spiciness, now is the time to add chili flakes and/or ground ginger, to taste. These optional ingredients will transform the recipe into a memorable culinary experience. Once the marinade is ready, add the chicken thighs, making sure they are completely covered by the mixture. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, but if you have time, leave them for a few hours for a more intense flavor. After the thighs have marinated, remove them from the marinade sauce and prepare a mixture of 2-3 beaten eggs, mixed with 100-150 g of cheese (preferably cottage cheese or feta) and 100 g of grated cheese. Add pepper and, if desired, a few freshly ground chili flakes for an extra kick. Dip the thighs in this mixture, ensuring they are well covered. Place the thighs in a heat-resistant dish that you have previously greased with butter and lined with breadcrumbs to achieve a crispy crust. Carefully pour the remaining marinade over the thighs, and finally, add a few pieces of butter on top to achieve a golden and appetizing crust. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius, then place the dish with the thighs in and bake for about 30 minutes. Check from time to time, and when the meat is well cooked and has a nice brown crust, remove the dish from the oven. Serve the thighs hot, alongside your favorite side dish, whether it be mashed potatoes, rice, or grilled vegetables, along with a fresh salad or pickles for a contrast of textures and flavors. This recipe will surely become a family favorite!
