Rolls with sour cream and mushrooms

To prepare a delicious chicken breast stuffed with pork tenderloin, mushrooms, and melted cheese, we start by preparing the necessary ingredients. Make sure you have a quality chicken breast, pork tenderloin, fresh mushrooms, melted cheese, sour cream, flour, butter, and spices such as salt and pepper on hand. The first step is to take the chicken breast and gently pound it with a meat hammer until it becomes even and thin, similar to schnitzels. This process not only helps improve the texture of the meat but also allows the flavors to penetrate. After you are done, season each piece of meat well with salt to enhance the taste. Once you have prepared the breast, place the slices of tenderloin on top, ensuring they are evenly distributed. Then, slice the mushrooms thinly and place them on top of the tenderloin. The slices of melted cheese come last, and two slices on each piece of breast will add a creamy and savory flavor. After you have built each roll, you can place them in a buttered baking dish, adding a small amount of water, which will help create a delicious sauce while baking. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the dish inside. Let the rolls brown for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken breast turns golden and beautiful. When the rolls are ready, take them out of the oven and keep them warm. In the sauce formed in the dish, add the larger cut mushrooms and let them soften for a few minutes. Once they have reached a pleasant consistency, take a cup of sour cream and dissolve a tablespoon of flour in it, mixing well to avoid lumps. Pour the mixture into the mushroom sauce and stir well, allowing everything to simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens. To complete this dish, you can prepare boiled potatoes. I prefer to wrap them in foil, adding a little water and butter, as their texture becomes much more pleasant. Once the potatoes are ready, you can sprinkle them with a little fresh greenery to add extra flavor. Place the chicken breast rolls on a plate, cover them with the mushroom sauce, and serve them alongside the boiled potatoes. This dish will not only delight your taste buds but will also bring a festive air to your table. Enjoy your meal!
