To create a savory and elegant appetizer, we will prepare puff pastry parcels with smoked salmon and cottage cheese. This recipe is ideal for special occasions or simply to bring a touch of refinement to everyday meals. We start by preparing all the necessary ingredients.

The first step is to roll out the puff pastry on a clean surface, ensuring it is even and does not stick to the table. We use a rolling pin to roll it out a bit if needed. When the puff pastry is ready, we will cut pieces of the desired size for the parcels, making sure they are large enough to wrap the filling.
