Quick Meter Cake

To prepare a delicious cookie roll with two creams, we will start by boiling the puddings. In a medium saucepan, add 300 ml of milk and 5 tablespoons of sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly to prevent sticking. Once the mixture starts to boil, reduce the heat and continue to stir until the composition thickens. It is essential to pay attention to the consistency, as a well-prepared pudding will provide a creamy texture to our roll. After the puddings have thickened, we let them cool completely. When the puddings are cold, we add 125 g of margarine (or butter, as we prefer) to each of them and mix well with a mixer. It is important to achieve a smooth and homogeneous cream, which will enrich the taste of the roll. Now we are ready to assemble the roll. We take a cookie and spread it evenly with the strawberry cream, making sure it is well covered. Then, we stick another cookie on top, continuing the process with the coconut cream. We alternate between the two types of creams, thus creating a play of colors and flavors. As we continue to stick the cookies, we form a longer roll. When we have finished assembling all the cookies, we turn our attention to the chocolate glaze. I prefer to use the chocolate glaze from Dr. Oetker, as it is easy to use and provides a delicious taste. We pour the glaze over the formed roll, ensuring that we cover each part evenly. We let the roll cool for a few hours, or until the glaze hardens completely. To serve, we cut the roll diagonally, and each slice will reveal the layers of strawberry and coconut creams, offering not only an attractive appearance but also an irresistible taste. This recipe is perfect for any occasion, whether it is a party, an anniversary, or simply a weekend evening with loved ones. Enjoy your meal and don't forget to savor every bite!
