Preparing the polenta: Start by bringing 1 liter of water to a boil in a large pot. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to enhance the flavor. When the water starts to boil, gradually sift 400 g of cornmeal into the hot water, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon to avoid lumps. 2. Boiling: Continue stirring the polenta for 15-20 minutes until it thickens and easily pulls away from the sides of the pot. It is important to stir constantly to achieve a fine and even texture. 3.
