Spring Soup

In a large pot, add 2 liters of water and put it on medium heat to bring it to a boil. This will be the base of our healthy and flavorful soup. Meanwhile, prepare the fresh ingredients: finely chop the green onions, parsley, dill, and lovage, making sure to use only the tender leaves, which will add an intense flavor and a special aroma to the dish. These herbs not only enhance the soup's flavor but also bring important nutritional benefits. When the water in the pot starts to boil vigorously, add the chopped green onions. Let it boil for a few minutes until it becomes slightly soft and releases its aroma. Then, add the spinach and lettuce, both ingredients being rich in vitamins and minerals. It is important to use fresh vegetables, as they will contribute to a tastier and healthier soup. While the vegetables are boiling, prepare the garlic. Finely chop it and sauté it in a pan with a splash of oil until it turns golden and releases its characteristic aroma. This step is essential, as sautéing the garlic will intensify the soup's flavor. Once the garlic is ready, add it to the pot with the vegetables. After adding the sautéed garlic, introduce the jintuiala, an ingredient that will enrich the soup with a hint of flavor. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for a few minutes, so the flavors can combine harmoniously. After that, don't forget to add salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the spices to achieve a perfect balance between the flavors in the soup. Finally, add the remaining chopped greens, which will bring an extra freshness. Let it boil for another moment, so the flavors integrate well. Once you have achieved the desired consistency, turn off the heat. The soup is now ready to be served, warm and tasty, a perfect choice for a healthy and comforting meal. Enjoy every spoonful and delight in the delicious combination of flavors!
