Tiramisu with Green Cream

Base: We start this delicious recipe by preparing the base. In a large bowl, we combine the dry ingredients, including flour, sugar, and baking powder. These ingredients will form the base for a fluffy and flavorful cake. In another container, we mix the wet ingredients, such as eggs, milk, and oil, until we obtain a homogeneous mixture. Then, we gradually add the wet mixture to the dry one, stirring with a spatula or whisk to avoid lumps. We must ensure that the dough is well combined, but we do not overmix to keep the base fluffy. After obtaining a soft dough, we turn to the prepared baking pan, greased with a little oil or butter and dusted with flour to prevent sticking. Using a spoon or spatula, we evenly spread the dough in the pan, making sure it reaches the corners. We bake the base in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25-30 minutes or until it turns golden and passes the toothpick test. Once baked, we let the base cool slightly, then cut it into two equal parts. In the meantime, we prepare a simple syrup from water and sugar, which we will use to soak the base, thus adding extra moisture and flavor. Cream: We begin to focus on the cream, which will add a rich and creamy taste to our dessert. In a bowl, we add cottage cheese or cream cheese, along with powdered sugar and vanilla essence. We use an electric mixer and mix the ingredients well until we obtain a fine and homogeneous composition. If we want an even fluffier texture, we can also add whipped cream, mixing again to integrate all the ingredients. Once the cream is ready, we transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate it to cool and firm up a bit. Assembly: We take the first soaked base and place it on the serving platter. On top of it, we sprinkle a layer of inka powder, which will add a chocolate note and an intense flavor. Then, we carefully spread a part of the cream, leveling it with a spatula to achieve an even layer. We continue with another layer of inka powder, followed by the second part of the soaked base. We repeat the process with the cream, adding a final layer of inka on top. In the end, our dessert will have an appealing appearance, and each slice will offer an explosion of delicious flavors. We let the cake cool for a few hours before serving, so the flavors can blend perfectly. Enjoy every bite of this refined and flavorful dessert!

Preparation

Here is a surprising variant of the classic Tiramisu original recipe, with avocado cream. I love culinary challenges and experimenting, especially when the results are so tasty. Base: Mix all the ingredients and spread the mixture in the tray with a spoon. It is a soft dough. The base is baked, then cut in half and soaked. Cream: Mix all the ingredients well: 2 avocados, 80g palm oil or coconut oil, honey to taste, 1/2 small lemon (juice). After everything is well mixed, the cream is put in the fridge. Over the first soaked base, we sprinkle a layer of cocoa, add the cream, sprinkle again, place the second soaked base, add another layer of cream, and sprinkle again with cocoa. It is kept cold and served a few hours after completion, even the next day, for better flavor homogenization. Enjoy your meal!
