Tiramisu original recipe with Cremovo flavor

To prepare an unforgettable tiramisu, we start by making the coffee. It is essential to use quality coffee that has an intense and aromatic flavor. Once we have brewed the coffee, we let it cool completely, as we want it not to affect the texture of the delicate mascarpone cream. In a large bowl, we will whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until we obtain a frothy mixture that is light yellow in color. It is important to use an electric mixer, as this process can take a few minutes, and the final result should be a light and fluffy cream. Once the egg yolks have risen, we add the mascarpone and gently mix using a spatula. We want to ensure that there are no lumps in the mixture, so it is recommended to mix gently until the mascarpone is perfectly incorporated with the beaten egg yolks. We choose a baking dish measuring 18 cm x 28 cm x 6 cm, ideal for creating delicious layers of tiramisu. We start by laying down a first layer of 15 Savoiardi ladyfingers. These should be quickly dipped in the cold coffee mixed with the preferred liqueur, but be careful! Do not leave them in the liquid too long, as they can fall apart. The layer of ladyfingers will provide a perfect contrast to the soft and velvety cream. After placing the first layer of ladyfingers, we add half of the egg yolk and mascarpone cream. We use a spatula to evenly distribute the cream over the ladyfingers. Then, using a sieve or strainer, we sprinkle a generous layer of cocoa, which will add a bitter note to balance the sweetness of our dessert. We continue with a second layer of ladyfingers, which are again dipped in coffee and liqueur. After placing this layer, we add the rest of the mascarpone cream, ensuring that we distribute it well so that it is even. We finish with a final layer of cocoa sprinkled carefully, which will give an elegant and appetizing look to our dessert. After we have finished assembling the tiramisu, it is time to put it in the refrigerator. It is recommended to let the dessert rest overnight so that the flavors blend harmoniously. We serve the tiramisu cold, cut into generous portions, and enjoy every bite, appreciating the creamy texture and intense coffee flavor, perfectly combined with the sweetness of the mascarpone. This tiramisu is not just a dessert, but a true culinary experience!
