Strawberry and Banana Ice Cream

Homemade ice cream is an excellent choice for warm days, and with the recipe I will detail below, you can enjoy a natural delicacy full of flavor. The ingredients are simple, but the final result is spectacular. We start by gathering all the necessary ingredients. You need about 300 grams of fresh or frozen fruits, such as strawberries, raspberries, bananas, or mango, depending on your preferences. You will also need 200 milliliters of whipping cream (preferably with a fat content of 30% for a creamier texture) and about 100 grams of sugar or honey, adjusting the amount according to the sweetness of the fruits used. In a high-power blender, first add the fruits, followed by the cream and sugar. It is important to use a powerful blender, of at least 900 watts, to achieve a perfect consistency without large chunks of fruit. Blend the ingredients for 2-3 minutes until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture. If you prefer a lighter ice cream, you can also add a whipped egg white, which will give a fluffier texture. Once you have achieved the desired mixture, you can taste it and adjust the sweetness or consistency by adding more sugar or cream, according to your preferences. Once you are satisfied with the result, transfer the mixture to an airtight container and place it in the freezer. Here, the ice cream will need about 3-4 hours to harden. If you want to enjoy a serving immediately, you can serve it directly from the blender, but be careful not to burn your tongue! What remains of this delicious ice cream, if there is any left, can be stored in the freezer to be enjoyed later. It is important to cover it well to prevent ice crystals from forming. This ice cream contains no additives or preservatives, making it a healthy choice for the whole family. So, get ready to cool off with a natural ice cream full of flavors that will bring a smile to your face with every spoonful!
