Creamy Ice Cream - Icelandic Ice Cream

I've bored you enough, let me tell you how I proceeded! Nothing simpler, I put the 2 eggs in a bowl, threw over the 100 grams of sugar, and started mixing with the mixer until the mixture thickened. The eggs should become a fine cream, of an intense yellow, and the sugar should completely dissolve, so that you don't feel any granules when you swallow. After achieving the desired texture, I whipped the cream until it stiffened, being careful not to turn it into butter. Then, I added the whipped cream to the previously mixed eggs, carefully folding it in; not that it’s in my nature to be gentle with them, but it’s important to keep the air in the cream to get a fluffy ice cream. I divided the amount in two and started making flavor combinations. In one half, I added 2 tablespoons of cocoa and a shot of rum. Oh, how good a bit of Whisky Cream would have been, but with kids around, alcohol is not an option! I mixed well, ensuring that the flavors blended perfectly. In the other half, I threw in 3 packets of vanilla sugar, bringing a pleasant sweetness and an irresistible aroma. And there it was, the ice cream! To enrich the content, we can add nuts, walnuts, raisins, or even chocolate, depending on preferences. In a bowl, I alternated between the two mixtures, creating a marbled effect that looks fantastic. On top, I grated a bit of chocolate, and the appearance became even more appealing. Everything was put in the cold for a few hours, during which the flavors intertwined, and the texture firmed up. As for the decoration, I won’t brag, but I served the ice cream with a bit of melted chocolate, which added a decadent taste. Next to it, not having ladyfingers, I placed a turon rudi, which added extra crunch and flavor. It was truly a delight! With each spoonful, I felt the ice cream melting in my mouth, and the combination of flavors made me feel like I was in a true culinary tale. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- This ice cream is very creamy. Even after days in the freezer
- its consistency remains the same. I have praised it enough
- now comes the inventory of what is needed: for half a serving we need 2 eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- and 250 ml of cream. To make it more interesting
- we can use cocoa
- rum essence
- vanilla essence
- or any flavors you desire. It is up to everyones free choice. I used what I had at home at that moment
- which was 2 tablespoons of cocoa
- 1 vial of rum essence
- and vanilla sugar
- because...
- as the saying goes
- laziness is a great mistress.
