Tropical Delight with Pineapple (by Dr. Oetker)

To prepare a delicious dessert that will impress anyone, we will start by taking care of the cookie base. Inside a box, we have a round shape that we will use according to the attached instructions. The first step is to crush the cookies to obtain a fine texture. You can choose to crush them manually or use a food processor, as I did. This step is essential because the crushed cookies will form the crunchy base of our dessert. In a pot on the stove, we melt 50 g of butter. Meanwhile, we prepare to add a surprise ingredient: 70 ml of compote juice. I opted for 100 ml for a more intense fruit flavor. Once the butter has completely melted, we pour the compote juice into the pot and mix well. We add the cookies to the hot mixture and stir everything until we obtain a homogeneous paste. We will place this paste on the round plate we prepared earlier and refrigerate it to set. Meanwhile, we take care of the delicious cream that will complete our dessert. In a bowl, we put the cream powder, cold water, and sour cream, then mix with a mixer for 3 minutes. This will give a creamy and rich texture, perfect for combining with the cookies and pineapple. After achieving a homogeneous mixture, we add the yogurt, continuing to mix for another minute. The cream should be slightly aerated and very appetizing. We take the cookie plate out of the fridge and place a few tablespoons of cream over the base, ensuring it spreads evenly. Then, we arrange the pineapple pieces over the entire surface to add a fruity and fresh taste. We pour the rest of the cream on top and spread it evenly, creating a delicious layer that will make the dessert irresistible. For decoration, we place a few slices of pineapple on the surface of the cream, and then we take care of the jelly. We heat 300 ml of water, and once it starts to boil, we add the jelly powder. We stir constantly with a spoon until the mixture becomes homogeneous and translucent. We let the jelly cool slightly, then carefully pour it over the cream layer, being careful not to disturb the pineapple decoration. After we have completed all the layers, the dessert needs to spend 3 hours in the fridge to set properly. After this cooling period, the dessert is ready to be served. It is a true delight for the taste buds and will bring smiles to the faces of everyone who tastes it. Enjoy your meal!
